1. Instant Cloud SaaS Provisioning
PocketX is a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely over HTTPS at https://pocketx.in. No physical media or hardware is shipped. Immediately upon completing mobile OTP or Google verification, your Starter workspace, Visual Strategy Builder, and Backtest Studio are provisioned and accessible in your browser.
2. PocketX Pro Upgrade & Invoice Delivery
When you activate the 1st Month Free PocketX Pro trial or complete a subscription payment via our payment gateway, expanded backtest quotas, multi-segment option strike resolvers, and live broker signal routing entitlements are unlocked instantaneously on your account.
Electronic payment confirmations and GST-compliant tax invoices are generated automatically and delivered to your registered email address as well as the Billing section of your PocketX workspace.
3. Provisioning Support & SLA
In the rare event that a network interruption between the payment gateway and our billing service delays entitlement activation by more than 5 minutes, please email support@adityatrading.com with your registered mobile number and payment reference ID for immediate manual verification and activation.
Our cloud infrastructure across Indian and global availability zones is monitored 24/7 with automated health checks prior to every NSE and BSE pre-open session so your workspace is ready before 09:00 IST.
