1. Platform Scope & User Eligibility
PocketX (powered by CapitalBridge) provides software tools for quantitative market research, visual strategy authoring, historical backtest simulation, and user-authorized order routing to connected brokerage accounts. By accessing https://pocketx.in or creating a workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations.
You must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid PAN and KYC-compliant brokerage account in India for live execution, and be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. No Investment Advice & Algorithmic Trading Risk Disclosure
PocketX is a self-directed software utility and does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management services, research analyst recommendations, or guaranteed returns. Prebuilt strategy templates, market context briefs, and historical backtest reports are provided strictly for analytical and educational validation.
Trading in Equities, Futures, and Options (F&O) involves substantial risk of capital loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past simulated or backtested performance has inherent limitations and does not guarantee future live trading results. Market illiquidity, exchange halts, broker API latency, or rapid volatility spikes can cause live execution fills to diverge from simulated backtest assumptions.
3. User Responsibility for Signal Approval & Broker Execution
You retain sole control and responsibility for all strategy parameters configured, workflows armed, signals approved, and orders routed through your linked brokerage account. You are responsible for maintaining adequate margin balances, monitoring open positions during market hours, and verifying final order and trade confirmations directly with your broker.
