Who controls your data
PocketX, operator of the PocketX platform, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact details are on the Contact page.
Where you also hold a trading or demat account, ATS Share Brokers Private Limited is a separate controller for the data it holds under its own regulatory obligations. This policy covers PocketX; it does not describe what the broking partner does with data you give them directly.
What we collect
We collect the following, and no more than we need for the purpose stated against each:
- Identity and contact data: name, mobile number, email address, and your client code where you hold a broking account.
- Authentication data: session and refresh tokens, device and login records, and one-time passcodes. We do not store your password in readable form.
- Subscription and payment data: plan purchased, amount, payment status, and the payment reference. Card numbers, CVV and UPI credentials are collected and held by Razorpay, not by us — we never see or store them.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, watchlists and saved preferences, and diagnostic logs including IP address and browser type.
- Support data: the content of tickets you raise and correspondence with our support team.
Why we use it
Each purpose below is the reason a category above is collected. We do not repurpose data beyond these:
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To provide the platform: market views, watchlists, reports, and the tools your account is entitled to.
- To take payment for a subscription and to issue receipts and refunds.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Razorpay, our payment processor, to take payment and process refunds.
- ATS Share Brokers Private Limited, where a function you use depends on your broking or demat account.
- Infrastructure, communication and analytics providers acting on our instructions under contract.
- Regulators, law enforcement and courts where we are legally required to disclose.
AI features
Where you use an AI-assisted feature, the content of your prompt and the market context needed to answer it are processed to generate a response. Do not enter passwords, OTPs, PINs or credentials into any AI feature.
AI outputs are informational and are not investment advice. We retain conversations so you can return to them and so we can investigate incorrect output.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by applicable law and regulation, which for financial records in India is generally several years.
Diagnostic logs are kept for a shorter operational period. Guest and anonymous session identities expire automatically, by default after 30 days.
Security
Access to production data is restricted and authenticated. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Payment credentials never reach our servers.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where we have no continuing legal basis to retain it, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.
To exercise any of these, email support@adityatrading.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Note that regulatory retention obligations can prevent deletion of transaction records even after an account is closed.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to maintain your session, and cookies that remember your preferences. Blocking the necessary ones will prevent sign-in from working.
Changes
We will update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you directly.
