How PocketX collects, protects, and processes your personal information, proprietary strategy configurations, and broker session tokens.
1. Information We Collect & Purpose
When you authenticate on PocketX via Indian mobile OTP or Google Sign-In, we collect your verified mobile number, email address, name, and session identifiers strictly to provision, secure, and authenticate your trading workspace.
When you connect a supported brokerage account (such as Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, Dhan, or Fyers), short-lived OAuth access tokens and broker client identifiers are stored using industry-standard encryption at rest and used exclusively to fetch account telemetry and route orders that you explicitly authorize.
2. Strategy Confidentiality & Infrastructure Security
Your custom strategy DAGs, backtest logs, custom screeners, and research notes are treated as confidential intellectual property belonging to your workspace. We never sell, rent, or disclose your personal contact details or proprietary trading strategies to third-party marketers, external prop desks, or unauthorized parties.
PocketX enforces TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict HTTP Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS), per-request Content-Security-Policy (CSP) cryptographic nonces, and PII scrubbing across all application telemetry.
3. Data Retention, Access & Deletion Rights
You may revoke broker OAuth connections at any time from your Brokers dashboard, and you may request a full export or permanent deletion of your PocketX account data by emailing our privacy team at support@adityatrading.com.
