Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent subscription billing, free trial terms, and cancellation guidelines for PocketX Starter and PocketX Pro plans.
1. Free-Forever Starter Plan & 1st Month Free Pro Trial
PocketX provides a free-forever Starter tier alongside a 1st Month Free promotional trial (₹0 for the first month) on the PocketX Pro plan. This allows every trader to thoroughly test the Visual Strategy Builder, 3-Step Backtest Studio, and paper/signal workflows in real market conditions before any recurring subscription renewal occurs.
2. Anytime Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your PocketX Pro monthly (₹999/month) or annual (₹799/month billed yearly) subscription at any time directly from your Account & Billing settings or by contacting support@adityatrading.com. Cancellation stops all future billing renewals immediately.
Following cancellation, your PocketX Pro entitlements and compute quotas remain active through the conclusion of your current paid or trial billing cycle, after which your workspace automatically transitions to the free Starter tier without losing any saved strategy drafts or historical backtest reports.
3. Refund Eligibility & Processing Timeline
Because PocketX provides a full 1st Month Free evaluation period on PocketX Pro, routine mid-cycle subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. However, if you experience a verified duplicate payment charge, billing error, or a platform provisioning failure that prevents access to paid Pro features, please notify support@adityatrading.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Approved refund requests are credited back to the original payment instrument (UPI, net banking, or card) within 5 to 7 business days.
